Sign up at your MySeminoleState Student Center to find out your course fees for the semester and your payment due date. You can pay your tuition at any campus/office cashier or online with your MySeminoleState account. Therefore, all transients must first pay for their classes out of their own pockets. If you are entitled to assistance, your home school will be reimbursed at the end of the add/drop period. There is a post on the FloridaShines app to indicate if you have any financial assistance; If you are not applying through FloridaShines, please obtain a consortium agreement with your home institution`s financial aid office. Then bring the agreement to the Seminole State Financial Aid Office. Please direct any questions regarding financial aid to your home school. College of Arts and Humanities students who wish to travel to another Florida public institution (State College or University) must complete an electronic transition form via the Florida Virtual Campus in www.floridashines.org/.
Students must select “take a course” from the blue menu in the center of the page. Please download the complete instructions to complete the electronic transient application: HOW TO TRANSIENT APPLICATION. A complete list of all State University System (SSE) degrees and programs is available on www.FloridaShines.org. Visit the Florida Department of Education www.fldoe.org/ College website for a list of non-public institutions in Florida. When a transient student license form is completed, the form is sent to the corresponding UCF offices. If you were seeing classes at a public institution in Florida, you need to fill out the transient student app through FloridaShines. To submit a FloridaShines student admission application, students who wish to take a temporary course for their primary or secondary subject should check with their primary or secondary advisor to see if the temporary course is considered in the requirements. NOTE: It is against university policy to be temporary during the final semester. A new form of student approval transient must be completed if the information is not correct or if additional courses are not allowed.
