Service credits are your only exclusive and exclusive remedy for performance or availability issues for service-related services, in accordance with the Microsoft Agreement and the SLA ACCORD. The service credits granted in one month of billing for a given service or service resource do not exceed your monthly service charge for that service or service resource, if any, during the billing month. Azure Virtual WAN is a network service that provides optimized and automated branch connectivity via Azure. Virtual WAN allows customers to connect their branches to Azure and centralize their network and security requirements with virtual appliances such as firewalls and Azure network and security services. Azure Cosmos DB is the database service distributed worldwide with several Microsoft models. It offers turnkey global distribution across any number of Azure regions, resizing and replicating your data seamlessly, wherever your users are. The service offers 99.99% full SLAs, covering debit, consistency, availability and latency guarantees for Cosmos DB database accounts, limited to a single Azure region, configured with one of five consistency levels or database accounts, that span multiple Azure regions and are configured with one of four relaxed consistency levels. Azure Cosmos DB allows you to set up multiple Azure regions as stopping points for a database account. In this configuration, Cosmos DB offers 99.999% SLA for read and writing availability. I`m not a lawyer and the agreement is between Microsoft and the client, but here`s a breakdown of the main points. Advisor is a free service, so it has no financially supported ALS. As a free service, AKS does not offer a financially guaranteed service level agreement. We will strive to obtain at least 99.5% availability for the Kubernetes API server. The availability of agent nodes in your cluster is covered by SLA virtual machines. For more information, you can find virtual machines in ALS. Of course, this applies to Office 365, which is why downtimes are calculated for all Office 365 users, and since Office 365 consists of many individual services, each service may be below these averages and have no real impact on the agency`s overall percentage of operating time. Depending on the location and usage model, percentages of working time higher or lower than overall operating times can be applied to individual customers. No ALS will be made available for posting and managing your Azure expenses, as this is a free service.
