Shana Dressler is the founder of the Social Innovators Collective and the director of the Makers Institute. Since 2011 she has been producing workshops on social enterprise and nonprofit business development at General Assembly, Harvard’s Social Enterprise Conference, Columbia and New York University’s Social Enterprise Boot Camp, Brown University’s A Better World By Design and School of Visual Art’s ! Impact Design for Social Change. She is also the creator and editor of the Social Good Guides, a series of 20+ essential small business guides designed to support startup social entrepreneurs, nonprofit founders and changemakers working on social impact projects. In 2012 she became a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences and a judge for The Webby Awards in the social good category.
