3.11.1 A worker who is required by the employer to perform the bulk of the duties and perform the duties of a higher position for five consecutive days or more of work receives a higher fee premium. 3.10.4 Until January 27, 2012, workers were entitled to qualification allowance in accordance with the provisions of the school collective agreement from December 10, 2009 to March 31, 2011, as if these provisions were included in that collective agreement.
